Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging and any included accessories. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Email ccff77676@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything.

Return shipping costs

For eligible returns that are not caused by damage, defect or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, Aodhy will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. When the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution at no additional product cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective or incorrect. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Used items, opened fragrances, gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by applicable law.
